How doI contact Intelligentsia? 

• If you have any questions or concerns that aren't addressed in the FAQ section, you can easily get in touch with Intelligentsia.com by sending them a message through the "Get in Touch" form on their website. To do so, simply click on the "Contact Us" button, enter your full name, email address, phone number (in the XXX-XXX-XXXX format), and message (including your order number if applicable). Keep in mind that the Intelligentsia.com team is only available from Monday to Friday, between 9 AM and 5 PM CT. 

What is Intelligentsia's Return Policy? 

• Intelligentsia's top priority is to provide their customers with the best quality coffee, merchandise, and equipment. Due to the perishable nature of coffee and the fact that it's roasted to order, they cannot accept returns on coffee unless there was an error with the order, or if the customer is dissatisfied with the quality or has questions about brewing it. For non-coffee items, customers can contact Intelligentsia's Customer Experience team within 30 days of purchase if they're unsatisfied with their order, but returns won't be accepted for used grinders or kettles. Proof of purchase is required for a full refund on hardware and brew equipment purchased at their coffeebar locations.

• Intelligentsia's subscription plan makes it easy to enjoy great coffee from the comfort of your own home, whether you choose your own or have it curated for you. Customers can customize their subscription by choosing how much coffee they want, how often they want it delivered, and receive free shipping on all orders. The subscription is also flexible and can be edited anytime by adding more to the order, postponing upcoming deliveries, or easily pausing or canceling the subscription. With the subscription, customers can enjoy the freshest roasted coffee delivered straight to their doorstep for free.
