Butcher Box ships all orders via FedEx and sends out orders every day between Monday and Wednesday, and the company does not charge for shipping. All order comes packaged in dry ice to keep the meat fresh until you open your box.
If you are unhappy with the box that you receive, you must contact the company within seven days of your order arriving and attach photos that show why you are unhappy. ButcherBox will investigate and offer a full or partial refund.
