Be on the lookout for discount codes that may appear occasionally on the website's homepage. These could include a percentage off your purchase as well as free shipping. Click on the "sale" tab on the navigation menu to find items that are currently offered at discount prices.

Sign up for the rewards program by entering your email in the box near the bottom of the web page. Exclusive deals may be periodically delivered to your inbox.

In October through April, orders will ship the same day if placed by 1 p.m. Monday through Friday. In the warmer months of May through September, orders will not be shipped on Thursdays and Fridays to ensure your candy does not melt in transit. Economy shipping is not available during the warmer months on orders containing chocolate. Edible items, personalized items and altered items may not be returned. If your order is defective, you must file a claim within seven days of delivery. Contact customer care if you wish to return an item.
