Due to the perishable nature of coffee and the fact that it's roasted to order, they cannot accept returns on coffee unless there was an error with the order, or if the customer is dissatisfied with the quality or has questions about brewing it. For non-coffee items, customers can contact Intelligentsia's Customer Experience team within 30 days of purchase if they're unsatisfied with their order, but returns won't be accepted for used grinders or kettles. Proof of purchase is required for a full refund on hardware and brew equipment purchased at their coffeebar locations.
