They offer UPS Ground shipping for free on all orders within the US. For a fee you can also select 2-day shipping and overnight shipping. You can track your order through your account. Good American accepts free returns with the prepaid shipping label within 14 days of receiving your order. They cannot accept returns bought from Nordstrom, only orders from their website. Your items must be unused and in original condition with the tags still attached. Items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
