Ground shipping via UPS and standard USPS post is free for orders over $50 and arrive within 5-7 business days. Second-day air and 3-day select shipping are also available for additional rates via UPS. To return your purchase for a refund, it must be returned within 14 days of receiving it. A merchandise return form is included with your order for your convenience. Full refund for undergarments is only given if they are returned in immaculate condition. They should be tried on over existing clean undergarments. Items returned for an exchange can also be completed this way.
