Shipping for ViX purchases is provided through FedEx. Various shipping speeds are available, including ground (4-6 business days), Express Saver (3-4 business days), 2nd Day, and Overnight. Ground shipping is free for all orders over $200.
Returns for a full refund may be completed within 15 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are not available at this time. Sale merchandise are not eligible for returns.
