Shipping / Return Policy: Shipping charges are decided by the total weight of your package. If you aren't happy with your products you have up to 30 days to decide to request a refund. If you wait until after 30 days you'll be able to return your product but there will be a restocking fee (up until 1 year). Blenders come with a standard seven year warranty.
