After signing into your account, on the top toolbar you will see "My Fix," "Style Profile," "Referrals," and your name with an arrow. Click on your name, then click on "Credit" in the drop down menu. Enter your promo code in the box, and click "REDEEM PROMO CODE."
Stitch Fix Tips & Tricks:
Stitch Fix has a referral program in which members can earn a $25 credit by getting friends to sign up through their referral link. Your referral credit will be deposited into your account when your friend's first package ships.
If an identical item is found for a lower price than that of Stitch Fix's within 7 days of delivery, contact Stitch Fix to have the price of the item lowered.
Stitch Fix Shipping/Return Policy:
- Shipping for Stitch Fix clients is free both ways via FedEx and USPS. Clients will receive a tracking number when a package ships.
- After determining which items you want to keep and which items you'd like to return, place the items you don't want in the prepaid envelope that was included with your shipment and drop it off at any USPS pickup location.
- Generally, returns of unwanted items should be placed in the mail within three days of receiving the package. You can contact Stitch Fix to extend your return window. If you do not extend your return window and the returns aren't postmarked as they should be, it will be assumed that you are keeping all five items and your credit card will be charged for the entire shipment.
