Delivery charges vary depending on what country you live in. Seraphine requires a signature on the receipt, so make sure you are home when your package is supposed to be delivered. Seraphine offers a full refund for unworn items returned within fifteen working days of you receiving the product. Orders placed online may not be returned to a physical Seraphine store. Hosiery, lingerie or cosmetics cannot be returned for hygiene purposes. If the item you receive is faulty in any way, contact Seraphine, and they will direct you on what to do from there.
