- When signing up to join Rocksbox, there is a button on the billing page at the very end that says "Activate Account." Just about that is a "promocode" area, where your code is to be entered. After your account is activated, your promo code will be applied.
What are other tips & tricks for saving money at Rocksbox?
- Every month, a $10 "Shine Credit" is deposited into every Rocksbox member's account on the first day of the month. This credit is automatically applied to any purchase made in that month, and the credit will expire at the end of the month and cannot be rolled over to the following month.
Does Rocksbox offer a friend referral discount?
- Rocksbox members are also eligible for referral credits when they invite their friends to join. These $25 referral credits are earned when the friend you referred pays for their Rocksbox membership, and can be applied towards the purchase of jewelry, but cannot be used towards your monthly membership fee. These rewards expire one year after they're issued.
What is their shipping/return policy?
- Shipping to and from Rocksbox is free via UPS and USPS. Included with your Rocksbox set you will receive a reusable envelope and a prepaid return label. The items you want to return should be placed in the package and placed in your mailbox or at a USPS drop-off location.
If you chose to not return any items from your Rocksbox set, you can purchase the item for the discounted Member's Price. Once you have purchased these items, however, they are no longer eligible to be returned to Rocksbox. However, if an item is broken or damaged after purchase, Rocksbox will replace or refund the piece within 180 days.
