• REI Garage stands behind their products, and they offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you aren't happy with your purchase, you may return the item by mailing it back, or you may even return it to a retail store. All returns must be made within a year of the purchase date. If you are an REI member, they will have your purchase details and no receipt will be required. If you are not a member, proof of purchase must be submitted along with the item.
