I like this can already tell a difference.  Bought one for upstairs and one down - I'm allergic to my cat and with a lot of research a good vacuum bathing him once a week and good air filters.  Decided on this one because the price and the ease of having one filter that you can open the front Toss it and set the new one in.  I've had a round air filter that was so hard to wash and replace filters I have it away when I moved here.  I've been researching air filters for 6 months and this one checks all the boxes - I ordered the 4 in one replacement filters to have them handy when the filter light flashes in months from now.  Oh I'm so happy with this purchase and to have fresh clean air and good fresh smelling air 😊🩵 the replacement filters are much cheaper than competitors some are 80-100 dollars each which is insane.  I have this a 💫💫💫💫💫 recommendation to all family and friends

We store some of our vegetable harvest in an outdoor pantry. Prior to this purchase, we lost several butternut squash %26 about 10 pounds of potatoes due to humidity. Now, we've been able to lower humidity significantly %26 next year's crops will be preserved. Definitely a good investment.

Excellent buy

Nice and quiet. Money is tight and I needed an affordable option for our basement after our old dehumidifier stopped working. This little guy does the job well. Now, I usually set a timer for 12 hours during the night. The reservoir gets full and the red light turns on and the unit shuts off. Until I upgrade to a larger dehumidifier for the basement, this one does just fine. I can see it working perfectly in an upstairs room or garage as well.

Quiet and efficient

Was fascinated at how much water it actually draws out of the air. You don't see that moisture in your house. This would work if someone is sick all the time cause from dampness in the house. i'd like that it is on wheels so you don't have to literally pick it up. You can just pull it along or push from Ray to room very satisfied with this product.

Impressed

It was on clearance. It allows you to choose the level of humidity, has a feature to ionize the air. There is a hose provided of you want it to drain. My only issue is the container. First I need to empty it more frequently than daily, second it fills right to the top so it spills and third the bottom is not flat so you cannot set it down when it has water in it. Seems like a design flaw that the bottom of the collection chamber is not flat. That said I am happy with the purchase and have even considered getting a second one to keep up with the level of humidity

Happy with purchase

It worked great with no issues for about two months. We have the hose hooked up for draining however, it's not draining properly no matter what we do. It's now filling up the bucket and is overflowing and leaking onto our floor, even though it is supposed to have a sensor to shut off when the bucket is full. I am saddened to say it's not worth the money and of course it is out of the return window.

Was great, now not so much.

This little dehumidifier is a workhorse and does its job extremely well, however recently I had noticed that it was starting to make a sort of grinding noise, and now the fan no longer spins at all, allowing the  actual dehumidifier to overheat and not function.
The failure point seems to be the motor mounts in the attached photo. It must have been slowly melting/vibrating itself out of position to such a degree that the fan now makes full contact with the outer wall. I tried to push it back in to place but it is firmly set in this tilted position, making me think that the fan mounts melted themselves somehow. It doesn't run constantly and dehumidifies a relatively small area for its capacity, so I can't imagine how this happened.
Any manufacturer support would be appreciated as I can't figure out how to get it open to fix this without breaking a considerable amount of the plastic housing.
