easy connecting to multiple devices, the sound is great for gaming. I've used all from turtle beach, rig, and the Sony gold wireless headset. this is definitely better. fast charging and around 4 hours the battery was at half but you can still use it while charging.

Súper good .the sound is increíble good

I have only had this less than a week so cannot comment on longevity and I also added the Dolby ATMOS add-on to my Xbox One console before this review. 

Surprisingly, it has very good punchy bass with nice crisp highs (depends on the source quality of course). Louder than expected with volume to maximum by today's standards and this price point. This is the first headset I have owned that I considered lowering volume from maximum playing music from my phone alone.

When you receive it, you sync it by pressing the sync button on your console just like you did with your controllers, then hold the green button on the headset for 4 seconds until you hear the sounds like something is happening. Do the same thing with your phone if you like. You will need to go into your phone BT settings and enable scan after holding the green button on your headset for 4 seconds and hearing the tones. Magic happens after this.

The mixing of sound from your phone and xbox at the same time is a sacred feature. You will light up when you experience it.. You have two connections from the headset, one for the Xbox console and the other for Bluetooth. The Xbox andPhone (BT) combo seems like the best option for most but it depends on your needs for other BT connections. Once connected you can control the volume from each channel individually on the headset by rotating the dials on the left and right side of the ear cuffs. This is incredible and is the best feature of this headset in my opinion.

I only tested the microphone in a phone call and was told I sounded loud and clear. You can easily mute it with a button on the side of it. You can use this for phone calls when paired with your phone or gameplay.

I think the only con I have so far is when I power on the headset. If I only want to listen to music from my phone, I wish there was an option to stop auto turning on the Xbox console but it is not a deal breaker. I highly recommend this product.

Awesome headset with two channel connections

These wireless headsets sound amazing and feel comfortable I wear them for hours sometimes on heavy gaming days. I would highly recommend I also like that I can have my phone connected at the same time and turn the dial to only hear game sound or turn it the other way and only hear phone or have both on at the same time. Great clear sound with good bass.

Nice set of headphones worth every penny.

sounds awesome gaming for over a decade would recommend these to someone else already have but I'm a little upset you have to pay for Dolby on your Xbox to make them sound better

At first this item worked really good, I used it on weekends only, taken care of. Then it stopped charging all of a sudden. I bought it July 2023 and when I called Microsoft they said the warranty was expired and denied me a replacement. Good thing I bought the insurance through Walmart the one time I actually did it helped me. 

So over all maybe look else where, Microsoft can't honor warranty claims when it's clearly listed in paperwork that it has 1 year manufacturer warranty like come on.

Warranty issue

we bought these for my son for Christmas,  had to return the first pair with a month because it wouldn't charge. ordered another and now these wont! it is now one month past the one month return. we've only had them for 2 months.  this is terrible to spend $90 for no reason!

2nd pair same issue

I've had these headphones in my possession for 2 days and it's been the most frustrating two days of my life. I cannot figure out how to pair it to my Xbox One. The instructions that came with it is a joke. There's no words.. it's just pictures. Supposedly if you push the little green button for 2 seconds it will turn it on and automatically pair. I couldn't tell if it was on or not because it doesn't make a sound to acknowledge it's turned on. I then pushed the little green button for 4 seconds to try to pair it but still no luck. I know for a fact that I fully charged up the headphones for hours. I know it's got a full battery. I still can't figure out how to pair it up to my Xbox One. I'm thinking about sending it back.  I even tried to hook it up to my Android phone's Bluetooth connection...But guess what..it won't connect to my cellphone either. It didn't even recognize it on the list of Bluetooth capable devices nearby.

Box was left in the rain damaged my item poor delivery poor packaging it's just pooor overall 
If I could I would give this a 0 rating I would , now I'm with a damaged package
