So far so good!

So far so good!
Have had the bike for only a couple of days so I will definitely be updating this but I must say I am surprised! My first E-Bike so I definitely didn’t want to go with something crazy expensive. Also I work from home so I don’t really have to commute much. I purchased it not just because of the price even though that was a bonus, but also because there have been some reviews of people really pushing it to its limits which I really don’t need to do so I figured it was a steal, and so far boy was I right! Definitely need some replacement accessories which I did get, like a light for front and back if I need to be out in the dark, a pouch to put my phone so I can see the gps and it has mstorage which I put my keys in and also the Cordless Tire Inflator I purchased for this and other small things, a master lock obviously and definitely a comfy seat! Where I live, the streets are pretty crappy and they’re always doing construction everywhere so I was a bit skeptical because I used to catch flats all the time with my car so I was scared to get a flat on day one since this bike doesn’t have those fatter tires like other ones but this really held up very well and as long as you have a good seat the ride is pretty smooth. The street right before my home is stripped down because they’re supposedly going to fix it but it has been like that for months and is nothing but rough gravel. This bad boy held up like a champ even with it being a bit uphill and still was able to go 15mph which is better than having to walk up or actually pedal. There’s obviously quite a few pros when you have an E-Bike and the one you choose just all depends on what you’re actually using it for. As I stated before I work from home so I just wanted to be able to get my errands done quicker since I’ve been either walking or taking the bus places. Got into an accident in my last car and almost died so driving isn’t something I really want to do right now which is why I even made sure I got a remote job so I just needed something simple to get me a few miles away and back to save me some time without having to walk or take the bus which obviously you have to be on their schedule, not ideal. Ran some errands the past couple of days rode about 10 miles and the battery is still showing full even though I didn’t pedal not even once! All throttle, no overheating, and was coasting at 20 pretty much all the way other than the hill near my place with the gravel road. Erg well priced, gets you from A to B quicker than walking or actually peddling and if you’re like me that doesn’t really have to go out much then this is definitely a great deal you can’t pass up on. Apparently people that go hard with their bikes have purchased this for actual Mountain Biking and going through rough terrain and it has done them justice even after hundreds of miles put in so if you’re just looking for a bike to have fun with or just take care of some errands in which you don’t have to travel really far then this is definitely better than any public transportation or walking! Also you’re saving the environment from all that gas being burned and if you live in a place like mine that electricity is included then you’re charging for free! If you’re one of those people who drives to the convenience store just to get a few snacks even though it’s just a few blocks away, you suck! Get an e-bike and not only will you save money but you’ll help save the world! Today I grabbed a duffel bag and my big Bluetooth speaker, strapped them both on and not only did I get everything I needed and not have to worry about possibly calling an Uber, but I also had fun just riding! Oh and the fact that it took me only 15 minutes to actually put it together after taking all the padding and plastic off was awesome!!

5.0 out of 5 stars Keeps going and going
Reviewed in the United States on August 26, 2022
1 year update: Today I could say I tested the cyber track 100 to its limits. I think I tested my limits as well. I took it on a trail where I normally only ride my dirt bike or four wheeler. A wannabe mountain bike E-bike with regular tires has no business being out here yet here I am! At the start of the trail I gained over 1,000 vertical feet in about 2 mi. on loose gravel. I worked the motor and battery so hard, the display started flashing H which I figured meant the battery was getting too hot. I turned off the battery, walked the bike for a bit, and then turned the power back on and everything was back to normal. Surprisingly the traction was fine except for the steepest uphill sections with loose gravel. I did walk it there because I just did not have traction. My total distance today was 30 miles Lots of windy trails, elevation gains and drops, and lots of natural gravel. The motor got worked hard because of all the hills and loose riding surfaces. For the first time on this bike, I rode the battery to it's last drop. For the final 10 miles, I had to use only leg power but fortunately most of the trail was downhill at that point. Still, my legs were jello when I got back to my truck. Also I got hit by a gnarly hail storm for the final 5 miles. What a day! Now I have no doubt this bike is a beast. Zero regrets about my purchase, I have had so much fun on it the past year, over 500 miles.. looking forward to the next 500 miles!

500 mile update: Only issues I have had is the brakes needed adjustment, which I finally did. The back tire got a flat after I accidentally rode over a branch with throns on it. Changing the rear tube was a little tricky but I got it done! Other than that, the bike continues to power on.

Original review: I have ridden mountain bikes for 25 years on some challenging terrain in and around Colorado. Unlike most of these hardcore riders though, I choose affordable bikes, rather than flashy top of the line gear. Having grown up just above poverty, I was taught to be frugal. At 40, that mentality remains with me. Which is why I patiently waited for E-bikes to come down in price before buying this one. Moving on to the review, this is my first e-bike and I have to say, I was skeptical but after 200 miles in the saddle, I think this bike definitely delivers! I have pulled a trailer with this bike, done steep single track, ridden steep loose rocky terrain, ridden gravel, pavement, lots of hills... I live in Colorado so I have hundreds of trails outside my front door basically. The brakes and derailer definitely need adjustment, that is for sure... But everything else works fine and dandy. Just yesterday I did just around 40 miles.. tackled some steep hills.. mix of 80% paved, 20% dirt. I pedal assist, with probably more pedaling power than most people because I want to get a workout. I got back to the house with 2 bars or battery still available. It was an amazing ride! You can't tell me I have to spend $2k+ to have that experience. Just like a good musician could make just about any instruments sound good, a good rider could make just about any bike ride well. Hats off to the Miclon engineering team for figuring out how to make this bike affordable and still tough enough to go the distance and be dependable. You definitely put a smile on my face! Update at 400 miles: because I often ride this bike while pulling a 45 lbs bike trailer with my 30 lbs son in it up 15-20 degree hills, I definitely test the motor, and at max throttle the motor does start making a chirping sound. This sounds happens only momentarily, the bike still runs like a champ. Just finished a solo ride on some single track behind my house and bike rode great and championed up some switchbacks without problem. If the motor does go out over a year or two, it will probably be due to me overloading. I will worry about that when / if it happens.
