My only issue was how hard it is to snap on the parts due to the tightness of going over the fabric. But it was still a simple and quick set up. Easy to take apart and mostly easy to put together

Great. Almost perfectly easy setup.

Easy assembly, durable, and great for travel. I love the changing table and organizer that attaches right to the crib. This product is great for newborns  and would make a great baby shower gift.

It looks ok, but extra accessories won't stay in place!!

Looks good but …

Very nice! The bassinet top part, is a zipper connection, there is no separate bassinet like the picture. The mat is way too hard, it needs a mattress for sure. I like the changing table sets up high above the mat. The canopy is very weird, It's pointy/bent not rounded out. Overall it's a nice pack n play, but I only bought it bc it was on sale. I love the look, and the changing table functionality.

I loved the bed, but the canopy came snapped in half, I also see now I'm not the only one that has had that problem

The canopy arrived with a very strong bend through the front edge and the cross seams, as others have complained about. The rear clips did attach to the vertical frame nicely. However, the front clips CANNOT attach to the horizontal frame. Visually, they are much smaller than the clips on the changing table and storage bag. Pics show all clips attach on the same area of the frame.  Canopy is useless, beyond just laying it across the top, which would be a safety hazard. The canopy is useless product included in the kit.
The instructions list the canopy as included but state nothing about assembly or use. Perhaps if you force it in place, which would likely break the clip or tear the fabric, it definitely wouldn't be movable at all.
I also purchased an additional mattress as these pack %26 play products have a very thin "mattress" and with the support poles across the bassinet, extra comfort is needed for young babies.

Not fully functional as described

It came with a damaged canopy. The main bar holding it in a half circle was broken in the middle. Messaged company for a canopy replacement rather than full return/refund... still have yet to get a response after a week. Website and Phone number is down.

Damaged with no customer service

very disappointed cause when i call the number on tag provided when callinng them no answer and never called back

We received 2 of these items from our Walmart Baby Registry. We opened one and we ended up not liking it because of the quality, so we decided to exchange both of them. However, it won't let us do an exchange. Only return. It was also cleary stated that refund will be refunded thru e-gift card. Couple of days later, we found out that it was refunded to it's original payment method which was to the bank account of the persons who bought the gifts for us. I guess Walmart is expecting us to ask our friends to give the money back to us because we returned their gifts???
