Yes, but I advise against this bar because it isn't very stable and feels cheap. Opt for a single cast bar, versus this which requires pin hammering assembly

For the price, this thing is worth every penny. Currently using for bench press. 310 lbs capacity may be less than what other, more expensive bars are claiming. However, this bar will be a great fit for most beginner/intermediate home gyms. Bar weighs 45lbs as advertised.

Bar arrived a week later than the expected delivery date.  Box was ripped open during shipping. Bar ends were chipped and the 2 spring collars were missing, probably fell out in the FedEx truck.

Arrived broken and with only one clip. Almost got lost in shipping.

decent cheap bar with aggressive tooling marks on the ends so your weights wont slide around as easily. does NOT come with spring clamps for the ends like the pics show. well worth the price paid though.

Packaging was destroyed, and the barbell was damaged. I can literally tear the packaging with my hands. (See pictures). I first asked for a replacement, but FedEx would have to come to my house and pick it up, so I have to repack it somehow, and it takes time for the replacement to arrive, which might arrive damaged like this one. So I’ll keep it as my spare for 30 bucks, expecting it will rust very soon since I have already seen some rust and the damaged parts due to shipping will rush as well. It works but is not a nice barbell. If you are looking for your first barbell or want something that last for long, I would not recommend this product.

Horrible Packaging! You get what you pay for

For the price point this deal looked to good to be true. The delivery itself was bad and bar was barely hanging in the packaging. One clamp was already missing and bar had rust all over inner packaging. Important part here is that this bar already has lower weight limit and with its quality compromised its hard to trust that you will be safe using this bar. Walmart customer service was great and refunded the money but I wanted fellow shoppers to know this.
