Incredible value for the money. This is a solid dumbbell and I use it when I workout at home. Definitely worth the price.

Great value for the price

This kettlebell is 4 kilograms (8.8 pounds). The texturing is enough to keep it from being too slick. The coating is a quality finish that didn't chip off when I test dropped it on concrete. The handle has a good feel to it as the circumference isn't too big or too small for my or my wife's hands. It's also wide enough for any hand without being too wide and in the way.

Nice kettlebell

I love this fantastic addition to my home gym. Its solid and of a good build quality. It has a nice smooth finish to it and seems to be of high quality just like the ones you would find at the gym. Its of a perfect size and can be used for so many exercises like squats, deadlifts, lateral and front raise etc. The grip surely is comfortable and does not slip out of hands. Seems quite durable too. Definitely a good buy of you are looking to add some kettle bells to your gym

Good addition to your gym

My son is into lifting and has added this kettlebell into his workout routine.

He likes the smooth even finish that provides great grip even with sweaty hands.

The construction is solid with a wide one-piece handle and no center handle weld.

The weight is accurate and stamped on the front in both KG and LBS.

Smooth Finish Great Grip

The kettlebell by Athletic Works is a nice addition to any home gym. Very functional. Handle is easy to grip and comfortable to use. Finish is nice and bur free. There is a texture but it is smooth to the touch. Looks like this will last a very long time. Highly recommended product.

Well worth it!

Nice quality cast iron kettlebell. Casting is coated in a smooth hammer silver coating and no sharp edges on the casting so it's cleanly cast with no flashing or sharp edges and easy to grip. Flat bottom and flat front keeps the kettlebell stable straight up on the floor or flat down on its face. Kettlebell is clearly labeled with the weight in both Kg and Lbs.

There are lots of great exercises to do at home with a single kettlebell. Easy internet searches will reveal exercises to target your whole body from upper body, core, back, to lower body. I've been using it mostly for upper body and will pick it up for a few sets throughout the day while I'm working or just have a few minutes. Allows me to get in some exercise without needing to go to the gym. Much more consistent and convenient.

I got the 26.5lb kettlebell (verified on my scale) and it's been great for quick arm workouts and just stores easily in the closet when I'm done. Doesn't take up much space and easy to just pick up for another set whenever I'm ready.

Couldn't be happier with the quality and convenience of this kettlebell.

Twenty seven pounds of muscle building kettlebell!

I'd actually rate these 3.5 stars, but since that's not an option...
The Pros: They're cheap, in stock, fast two day delivery, and will work.
The Cons: Not "one piece" as advertised- In the pic, you can clearly see the weld seam; Sharp burrs that cut into the hand on the underside of one of the handles.; Variance in weight.

OK For The Price- Not "One Piece" Casting

Ordered this online. It showed up over a week late from the estimated delivery date and it was already beat to holy heck by the time it hit my doorstep.  The finish is chipped pretty bad in several spots and it's just marred all around.  It will still function as a 50lb cannon ball attached to a handle, which is what I wanted...so I'll give it some stars.  Just not the new product I was expecting.

Beat up pretty bad.

Walmart has shipped me incorrect item two times now.  Ordered Weider 50 lb kettlebell which I think goes out of stock quickly so they change the order and ship Athletic Works 50 lb kettlebell instead.  I dont want this brand.  The Weider handle is wider and has more room for double handed exercises.  One of these KB's came poorly packaged and was damaged.  The other one wasnt even in a box and was extremely banged up.  Ultimately I dont care since they are the wrong items anyway but Im struggling to jump through Walmarts hoops to return them and get refunded.  I have several hours invested in talking to Walmarts customer service reps with no resolution.  They frequently just quit the chat on me before resolving anything.

Horrible experience.

I ordered the Weider 50 lb kettlebell.  Walmart continues to change my order after placing to the Athletic Works 50 lb kettlebell.  I tried to order the Weider again with a Walmart representative.  It shows the correct item when the order is placed.  The. when the item ships it changes to the Athletic Works kettlebell.  You can see the switcheroo they pull in my photos attached.  I dont like the Athletic Works version.  The inside dimension of the handle is too cramped for double handed swings.  This is so frustrating.  Ive wasted so much time with Walmart customer service reps and none of them seem able to ship me the correct item.  I give up.
