My granddaughter will be over the moon with this house, but…Walmart should put it in a cardboard box when delivering it and not just leave the box on your porch.  It not only could ruin the surprise, but be an invitation to porch pirates!

What an amazing house!

Such a beautiful doll house! I purchased it as a gift for my granddaughter and she absolutely loves it. Assembly was not difficult and didn't take long either. Great for the price.

Box was very damaged and a lot of pieces did not have plastic wrap or covered the way they should. However knowing it was a high deman item, I Wrote a letter before we opened just incase. Next day we put together and EVERYTHING was there!!
 Although I am pleased with the product, I noticed this specific seller gets that complaint a lot. They should take better care of their customers.

My daughter open it for Christmas. Nice house bunch of accessories . My daughter love it. But it came with a broken part. So sad I feel will not last long for my daughter.

its the night before xmas eve and as i prepare to assemble the 60th edition barbie dream house, the slide is broken. i hope thats the only peice. far from a dream here. this was a pretty penny. walmart plz help us. seller plz help. please provide a new slide for my kid.

My daughter loves it, I however found a bunch of marks and damages on the plastic items for the dollhouse.. I wasn't happy with the condition it came in.

Quality of item

This is ridiculous. Obviously it's a known problem looking at reviews. This box was clearly damaged and opened with holes in the box. I cannot gift this for Christmas.

Sold by RGT Group!! Box arrived taped up and smashed. Upon opening up the box the house and slide were cracked, the car and 1 Barbie Doll were missing and everything in the box looked like it was dumped. It was a mess!! This was a gift for my Granddaughter she was so upset. I think your company needs to rethink your business strategy because it's obvious that “CUSTOMERS ARE NOT YOUR TOP PRIORITY” how could you ship something that you know is damaged to a customer🤬👎🏻🤬👎🏻 Headed to Walmart for a Refund!! Will keep an eye out for your company name the next time I shop on Walmart.com. Never Again RGT Group.

Huge Disappointment!!

I ordered a new Barbie doll house online for kid's birthday gift. But when I received it, it is quite obvious an open box. The package is fray, and the items scattered inside without the original packing stuff. It looks like I got it from a garage sale, and definitely cannot give it to someone as a gift.
