It has a place for the hose and attachments on the machine , it has a huge filter and it has great suction. It is much quieter than my shop vac.

Very quite and effective

Compared to our previous ash vac, this one is amazing. The filter is a much better design. So far we love it.

Works well.  Way better than catching a shop vac on fire like I did last year

Works as advertised

I used this vacuum once so far and I was not thrilled with it. As other reviewers mentioned, the motor gets REALLY hot after just a few minutes of running. I think I have a total of 5 minutes of run time between two different uses and it got really hot on the top both times. The ashes were cool and the bottom of the vacuum was cool so it was definitely the motor. The light attachment for the end of the hose was a nice surprise. I did not realize it was in the box so I have not used it yet but it looks promising. I'll see how it works in the next couple weeks to decide if I'm keeping it or not.

Meh, it's ok.

The construction is a bit lightweight, but for cleaning my chimney every year or two, it works just fine.  It's not strong enough to pull ash out of my barbeque Pricing is reasonable.
