The package arrived quickly. Devices seem to function as intended. The quality is good considering the fire sale price. The bass is low making it easier to hear lyrics and music notes which is good in my opinion. Check out the support page for any issues; one of my sets had a hard time syncing the ear buds together IE the left and the right.

(IF ONLY ONE EARBUD IS CONNECTED) do this, turn off your Bluetooth, then remove both earbuds from the case (make sure they're powered on). Then press the button of BOTH earbuds 4 times. The lights on both should flash red/blue indicating that they're resyncing. Once both flash blue together 4 times, then it was successful. Once you turn back on Bluetooth and reconnect, they should be working.
