I am a side sleeper so looking for a perfect pillow is a major task. I have tried tempur-pedic's pillow but I didn't like it. It is too soft. My chiropractor introduced me a brand she likes but I didn't like it, either because it was more for back sleeper. When I first saw this pillow, I thought it looked funny. However, after doing some research, I found its design makes sense. I like the height of it and also enjoy the arm rest area. I found it might not be ideal for me to sleep on my back because I am a small woman so the pillow is too high to sleep on the back. It does have some smell but it doesn't bother. Just let it sit for days, the smell will be gone. Althought it has weird shape, I am still able to fit it into my pillow case. I hope this one will last longer!

My sister bought me a pillow like this with a different brand name. I love it. It came in had no odor and I love it. My husband started having neck problems so I let him try my pillow and he loved it. I found this one that looks exactly like mine online and bought it. He likes it alot but the odor is still strong after two weeks of using it. Luckily he's had a cold and hasn't really been able to smell it. Now he can and we are going to have to do something to get rid of the smell. Washed the pillow case but it's the foam inside that has the chemical smell.

Update: the pillow now has no smell and is very comfortable. Love the pillow.

This pillow has corrected my issue it’s just not a 5 though. I would definitely recommend it if you have neck issues headaches or back issues. Why it’s not a 5 is because it’s smaller than it seems in the pictures and arms as usual are still a problem.. like who designed us?? Why are shoulders and arms so hard to work with when sleeping?? I hate trying to sleep and my arms are always uncomfortable this pillow looked promising to alleviate some of that. Does not my arms fall asleep way before I do.. this pillow I got because for some reason my neck was hurting and has for over a month I got this pillow and like 3 nights later my neck is feeling better.. I just wish my arms were not falling asleep all the time.. and this pillow while being great made me believe I would finally fall asleep when the rest of me did.. Very disappointing. Big side is way too big. Shorter side has a sharp angle that hurts... not curved like the neck! The divot for the head is far too shallow, so head is elevated in a way that drops the chin and closes the neck. Opposite of what it is meant to do. I gave it a try, allowing time for adjusting to change... too much time as now I can't return it.
