As a Certified Executive Chef of 30 years, I highly recommend this pizza oven and seller. This oven is made of thick stainless steel and is heavy-duty. The oven quickly came up to temperature using about 12 oz. of Walmart $6.79 hardwood pellets and seems to have no "hot spots" after cooking my first Neapolitan 14" pizza. It is assembled with SS rivets which may wear out on the legs with abuse. The thermometer was broken, and the seller shipped a new one that I received in 4 days. I'm very Happy!
