Shop vac.  Very little ash.  Takes ten minutes to vac wipe out grease channel and scrape. Easier then a charcoal or gas grill

This grill is an absolute BEAST! Easy assembly. The control board took a minute to figure out, but I’ve got it down now. No more babysitting my smoker all day. Gets hot enough to grill steaks and burgers too.

Great Grill/Smoker

So far we love our Pit Boss. First meal was BBQ ribs. They cooked perfectly. We've also grilled steaks and they were great. No complaints so far.   Easy assembly. Took less than an hour.

The pit boss classic is my first smoker and I should have purchased one a long time ago. The quality of the grill is really good. Assembly is easy. Cant wait to try many different meats and recipes. Dont forget that the former owner of traeger now works for Dansons which makes pit boss grills.

Awesome Smoker!

So far this grill has been fantastic. I have read the negative reviews and am keeping an eye out for those issues. As of yet I have nothing negative to say. The ability to slide the heat plate and sear is great! The only negative would be I had a burnout on second cook. However that was only due to me not cleaning ash pot. Now I clean before every cook, hasnt happened since.

Great budget pellet smoker!

My first time using a pellet wood grill. I loved the ability to set a temperature. It makes for easy smoking of the food. My daughter said my barbecue my on this grill was the best ever.

Has been fun to learn and experience new things...great product for the money. Happy to be a part of the pitboss family. Easy to learn how to use.easy

Fun and easy to use

The paint/coating is peeling off in huge chunks. Has never been in the weather directly, always under a patio or cover. Peeling off so bad it would fall into our food if we even use it. Has never been used at full temperature either.

I purchased this pellet grill 4 months ago. I started using this 2 months ago and used it 4 times.  I can't believe that the pain is peeling off the unit.  Over half the side has peeled off. Almost half the bottom and up the sides have peeled off. I would think this is a defect of preparation of the steel to be painted. Poor prep equals poor product. Walmart wouldn't help me at all with this. If this happened one month earlier, I would have been able to return this item.  Called Pit Boss. They told me to buy a can of paint and respray it.  Totally Unbelievable.

A defective product that's only been used 4 times.
