It works great. I seen reviews that said you have to keep on pumping.( It is not like that) You plug in and push lever down to fill chamber with water then you mop as you normally would.when you push ~it steams ~when you pull back it dose not. This is my third one and by far the best design. My last one lasted five yrs. the one that was made before this design I did not have it but used it at work....it kept it falling over due to the pivot  that was just to much. This is perfect.it dose pivot at the bottom but just enough to go from side to side or forward. Dont EVER put anything in but water. If you prefer use a little spray cleaner on your floor as you mop. Works great I use it everyday. Cord is long and the same as my last one that was grey design.

This little thing is awesome! Works great and is super easy to use. You plug it in and get to cleaning! My floors always look nice after. It’s very lightweight so it doesn’t hurt my arms or carpal tunnels like other cleaning machines. The pads are machine washable and come out like brand new. Great price and value! Definitely recommend this product. Stands up by itself

Great little gadget

I wanted to try a steam mop to sanitize the floors since i have two kids who like to eat off of them and im so glad i got this! It was really easy to assemble and in less than 5 minutes i was already cleaning the kitchen floor. I wanted to see if it really works so i swept the floor and mopped it with water. Once i started i could see the steam coming out and the floor was looking alot cleaner. I checked the pad and i was so shocked cuz it was filthy! And that was after mopping it. This definitely works! The only things i dont like is the cord is too short, there is no power button so you have to unplug it to turn it off and you have to keep pushing the handle down to release steam. But i still like it and i cant wait to use it more! Look at the picture for reference! And this is from the kitchen!

Great steam mop and so cheap!

Love the Shark Steam Mop. My previous Swiffer Steam Boost broke so had to replace it. Looked at all Steam Mops out there. This one had great reviews and Walmart’s price was a lot cheaper then anywhere else. Just used for the first time. Love it, cord 18 ft, long size which is important, reusable microfiber pad, removable water tank. My previous one didn’t have any of these extras.  It it cleaned GREAT, mop pad shows how great. Very easy to maneuver, and lightweight. Now I’m happy other broke!

Shark Steam Mop

I really enjoy using this steam mop. It makes mopping the floor a far quicker task than a traditional mop and bucket. Assembly was quick and easy. Once assembled and turned on, the machine heats up quickly and is ready to work in less than a minute. A full tank is enough water to clean about 1000 sq. feet. I mop the first floor, refill the tank and carry it upstairs to mop the second. The entire process takes about 15 minutes for hardwood and tile floors in my home. The mop leaves the floor feeling warm and damp but it cools/dries very quickly no lingering residue. I haven't noticed any streaks or scratches either. The scrubbing attachment has been helpful in getting steam into hard to reach corners for a quick cleanup. I was surprised at how well the mop glides across the floor. It's a little still at first but as the pad moistens with steam, it becomes very easy to maneuver. The cleaning pads are quick and simple to put on and take off. Machine washable, sure, but I just rinse it out in the sink after each use. I use it on linoleum in the kitchen, tile in the bathroom, even lift the thing up and steam clean the tile walls in the shower. No more Cinderella-ing my floors on my hands and knees. This does a much better job! I highly recommend this steam mop! It's the quickest and easiest way to get super clean floors.

It's such a tremendous help in today's hectic lifestyle. Steam mop is easy to install. Easy to use. Extra mopping cloth is also available in Walmart. Plus, you can add only water or mix with any liquid cleaning or fragrance options.

It's easy to clean with a steam mop

With the cold wetness that has been outside, between kids and dogs, my floors have been covered in mud. My light duty mop wasn't cutting it. So I decided to buy this, and it's the only thing I will ever use for my floors now! I might upgrade to the scrub and spin one just because my hands are still suffering from partial paralysis, so that would help me out, but this mop is amazing. Definitely get some extra mop pads - you will want them! It's so gross every time I use it - because it's doing its job! I love this thing. My LVP floors look brand new.

This is awesome

I like that all I have to do is add water and turn it on, I have to fill it twice for my whole house but it's pretty simple. I like to add smell goods it said not to so I just spray it directly in my floor to extra clean and make it all smell good and so far so good, wish the plug was longer but I have inside extension cords so worth it since I got it for $30 on sale with Walmart  ….

Floor feels cleaner than it ever has!

It doesn't steam, it barely makes the floor warm. you can push on it twenty times and get one puff that doesn't do a darn thing. What a sorry waste. 
I would not recommend.
