The instructions for setup are horrible. But, there are plenty of good setup tutorial videos online. 

I truly thought I was buying a hot tub that might last one season and I’d get some pleasure from it. How wrong I was! This hot tub is pretty sturdy and seems that it will last many years. The soft sides are so much nicer that a solid frame hot tub that would cost thousands more. Came up to temperature in twenty hours, stays at 104 degrees even when I’m in it. I often sit in it without the bubbles running. The bottom is cushioned and comfortable with mine sitting on patio blocks. I’m 5’11”, 225 pounds and I have plenty of room for myself and at least two other people, four would max it out. Six kids could fit in it quite comfortably. Would 100% recommend this hot tub!

Wow, it was pretty difficult to figure out the instructions. Once I did this is got to be the best purchase I've ever made for myself the bubbles give a really good massage. It stays nice and hot. It's sturdy. It's really soft to sit in. You don't need any kind of cushions I absolutely love it.

Watched a video on YouTube to set up, comes with its own air compressor on it to blow it up. Chemical test strips make it easy to keep it balanced. Took a day and a half to change and reheat the water super easy. Bottom is comfy to sit on. Stays hot long enough, lowest it got in an hour with bubbles on the whole time  was 97 which still felt nice, always wanted a hot tub but this thing will do for now! Worth the buy. Red neck hot tubbing!

the spa was quick and easy to set up with just one person. only problem I had was the water filter would not screw back on once the spa was filled with water. other than that really easy to set up easy to use.
