you have to plug it into a socket. stops working after while if not. Don't under why but unplugged it from the ps5 and plugged it into the wall and it started working again

The media could not be loaded.
 It’s almost impossible to line up the controller so that it will fit nicely in and make the connection so that it will start charging. The lights on it are so subtle that you have to kind of move around to make sure that it’s lit up it’s actually connected correctly in order to charge. I can’t recommend this product at all. It’s more of a pain then plugging in a USB cable. Looks cool. But that’s the extent of its usefulness.
