This is a nice, comfy cushion that helps on hard chairs. I got this because we have very hard chairs at work that flair up my sciatica. It has a zipper to remove the outer layer, so you can wash it when it gets dirty. There is little plastic bumps on one side to grip to any surface and make it clear which side is up and down.
