USB-C Port Information

- To charge a USB-C device with the PD port, press the PD button before connecting your device. If the device is connected before the button is pressed, the device will use its battery power to charge PowerHouse, which may damage the connected device. - Compatible with USB-C MacBooks / iPad, iPhone 8 / X / XS / XS Max / XR (Lightning cable required), Android smartphones and tablets (including the Nexus 7), and other USB-charged devices. - Incompatible with HTC 10, HP Spectre, Dell XPS series laptops, Dell Venue series laptops, Asus series laptops/tablets, as well as Lenovo ThinkPad 470s and ThinkPad X1 tablets. Some USB-C laptops which require an input over 30W may not be compatible.

- Does not support high-speed charging for MacBook Pro, Samsung W700, Lumia 950, or Motorola Z Force Droid Edition. - Nintendo Switch will not charge when connected via HDMI. - Not compatible with devices with an input below 50mA (e.g. some Bluetooth headsets and GPS devices).

Pass-Through Charging PowerHouse is capable of pass-through charging while connected via a vehicle output or AC outlet. It will not replenish its own battery if the power requirements of connected devices exceed that of input.

Notes

  • Solar charging requires a 5-22V solar charger with 5.5*2.1 mm DC output. Recharging will be faster at higher voltages.
  • AC Port Frequency Setting: Press the PD and AC buttons at the same time to change the frequency. After entering option mode, press the PD button to switch between 50% (50Hz) and 60% (60Hz).
  • If you feel that the battery drains fast when used for the first time, it is because the display information of the remaining power is inaccurate when the product is activated for the first time. The power remaining will automatically calibrate by discharging the battery to 1% and then recharging it to 100%.

Inverter died under 2 years But see update
Updated: Anker reached out to me about my issue, was able to resolve it and ultimately made things right. They explained that something had gone wrong in the communication channels and that they should have been in contact with me sooner. Given how much I like their audio/phone charging products and that I ultimately received the support I'm accustomed to with Anker, I would not hesitate to try the new powerbank options they have on the market. The LFP (lithium iron phosphate) battery options, inverter size, charge rates, etc., in their newer models appears to be competitive with the big 3 names in the powerbank industry.Original review:Inverter died just under 2 years with light use. I used it occasionally to charge my laptop. Recently I plugged my laptop in and nothing. Being consious of the 100 watt max output, I never connected a load of more that 45 watts. I reached out to Anker. Though they were polite, the only troubleshooting they offered was to advise me to connect a wall phone charger to the inverter to verify no voltage. Well, I responded to Anker that the phone charger... and my Fluke multimeter, seem to agree that the inverter is no longer outputting any ac voltage. Then they advised the powerhouse 200 was out of warranty and they could not help me further (unless i had another powerhouse 200 I had purchased more recently??). The usb and 12 volt still work, but it's inconvenient that I have to bring my larger Bluetti powerbank if I want to charge my laptop. The unit was decent when it worked, but was alway a little quirky, in that you cannout use the USB outputs if the unit is charging (no pass through charging). This has never been an issue with any of my Bluetti products, which also have a far superior warranty period. I Guess I have an excuse to pick up Bluetti's new EB3A 268wh powerbank.

I live in a city were we suffer from a few Electric Blackouts every month (Caracas, Venezuela), and this Anker Powerhouse 200 helps me get through it.

Here is how it has helped me in terms of productivity:
-It can keep my MacBook Pro 15" (2016 model 13,3) powered for between 8 to 12+ hours (depending on the use).
-It can keep powered my EPSON Estylus Pro 3880 plotter for more than 4 hours in constant printing.
-It can charge my Godox AD200 Flash battery for more than 4 times.
-It can charge my Fujifilm X-T2 battery for more than 20 times.
-It can charge my Ikan 312 LED light battery for more than 8 times.
-It can charge my Mavic Air battery for more than 7 times.
-It can charge my iPhone 8 battery for more than 20 times.
-It can charge my iPad Air 2019 battery for more than 6 times.
or any combination of the previous mentions.

And yes, it can power a domestic house fan for bit more than 4 hours.

Unlike it's big brother (the Anker Powerhouse 120.000), this version is lighter and more portable with a better design. The Anker Powerhouse 200 takes about 4h30 to 6h30m to fully charge itself.

In conclusion, it's a must have for charging your gear while working outdoor or camping... or in my case, a must have when a national power outage occurs...

PD: it can't be brought on planes, this is a 200 Wh unit, the max you can carry on a plane is a 100 Wh power bank like the Anker PowerCore + 26800.
