My first air fryer!
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is my first air fryer. I purchased on a Deal Of The Day sale. I LOVE chicken tenders and french fries but wanted the option to bake them without firing up the oven. Enter the Chefman Air Fryer 6.5L. This is fairly large on my counter and is similar in size to my Pressure Cooker. It is simple to use. Plug it in. Fill up the deep basket without overflowing. You have to leave room to SHAKE the contents! Slide the basket in, set your temp and timer and shake halfway through. I can tell you after going through several bags of different frozen strips and fries that this thing works extremely well! Crispy, hot, delicious! Oh, and it's super easy to clean the basket and tray in my sink.

Fry Healthy!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love my larger 6.8 L Chefman! Bought smaller one first, it is now boxed up for my daughter when she moves out. Having hard time finding accessories that fit though, XL accessories are to small but work. Wings, tots, fish sticks, are great. So are roasted veggies like cauliflower, Brussel sprouts, broccoli, asparagus and even cabbage.

First time buying one
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was very excited to receive it, i read rhe booklet a few times the little information in it, I rinsed it out cold no soap water and I noticed bubbles and paint chips. Contacted the company and sent pictures and I'm on the waiting for a replacement since it will take a few weeks for the air basket to be available

High hopes, low performance
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Product worked great the first time. The second time that we placed it in the dishwasher all of the black non stick material came off and was all over our dishwasher. Very disappointed on what could have been a great product. Would recommend stating that this product is not dishwasher safe and advertise it that way.

BEST COOKING BUT NON-STICK COATING COMES OFF
||Posted . Owned for 9 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have tried at least 4 other brands. This one was by far the BEST, QUICKEST, & MOST EVEN COOKING of the 5 brands. It is also the easiest to clean. HOWEVER, the Non-sticking coating is just that... non-sticking to the pan for very long. With frequent use and cleaning per the instructions, the "nom-stick" coating began peeling within a month or less. Online, others complained about this same issue. This happened to 2 air fryers that I bought at the same time during a X-mas special. The replacement basket and parts are not readily available. When I contacted Chefman Support about the defective parts with the warranty period, they asked me to confirm the model (which I already provided to them) and they would replace the defective parts...AT MY EXPENSES.... SO MUCH FOR PRODUCT WARRANTIES. I doubt that consuming the coating is health for our bodies, especially small children. While I would be willing to purchase another one of these because of its GREAT RESULTS, I am also hesitant because I know that the warranty is only on paper... and Replacement Parts are difficult to obtain. If you want a Great overall Air Fryer, this one is AWESOME. Unfortunately, it has the above mentioned negative aspects. Also, I purchased many of these and on more than one occasion as I gave them for X-mas presents one year. NOTE: I use mine more than most people ever will because I use them to prepare certain food items for my Rottweilers and puppies when I have litters, in addition to non-furry family members.

Time Saver!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Skeptical at first as it seems like the "trend" to get an air fryer but it is amazing, such a fast cooking time - no oil and less energy used to get things heated up compared to an oven. My only complaint is that the screws within the product, after you washed it - can/will rust. Highly recommend wash then dry immediately.

Great All Around
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have all good things to say about this fryer. It came with a handy rack that keeps the meats or whatever you are cooking off of the bottom. I love that the basket size on this fryer is so big I can actually cook four good size hamburgers at the same time, you still have to flip your patties half way through but they are amazingly delicious. The cooking options are endless with baking or frying. And it is so easy to clean. I barely use my stove, I wish I would have gotten this a long time ago.

Absolutely Love it
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So the misses wanted an air fryer. The ones I showed her were "too small". Best Buy runs this on on sale and I buy it because I haven't seen a bigger one before or since my purchase. So it sits on the kitchen table for two weeks while we figure out where we are going to put this monster. Finally, we use it. I heard angels singing that night. We got rid of our deep fryer years ago for health reasons. Frozen chicken wings, bacon wrapped jalepenos, chicken nuggets, and french fries all cooked very well, without grease splattering, or heating up my kitchen from using the convection oven. It works very well.

Q: QuestionCan you use aluminum paper in the air fryer
Asked by Beto.
- A:Answer You can use aluminum foil as long as whatever is on it is heavy enough to hold the aluminum foil down, since there is somewhat strong fan blowing the air around inside the machine while cooking
