I received this item for free in exchange for a review through the Walmart reviewer program.  It is a 13.75 inch Wok. I brought it over to my moms house to try on her gass stove top. Iy worked really well in cooking frozen vegetables.  We aren't big time cooks or anything but the wok worked well and distributed the heat evenly. Im not sure if itd work on an electric stove like mine as i havnt tried but i can say with certainty that it works well over open flame. Its quite large to store and not ideal for my 2 person household but otherwise id recommend it if you have alot of mouths to feed

This is my first wok and I love it! I've used it 1-2x a week for the last 3 months for TikTok ramen and it's holding up great. I use silicone-tip tongs and let the pan cool before rinsing, per the instructions. The twist handle is really convenient for pouring the food out. It's very Large and gets really Hot! About to buy a 2nd one!

Love this $7 Wok!

I received the wok a few days ago.  To my surprise the wok is huge!  Knowing what the measurements are 13.75" and seeing the actual product is two different things.  It's hard to realize how big it is until you actually see it.

The wok has two handles a different one on each side.  This is a plus for people like me who have tendinitis.  Both of my hands are weak.  The handles definitely will make it easier to pour out the food after it's cooked.  Many manufacturers state that their products are nonstick.  I have tried many different brands of pots and pans and they are not always nonstick as indicated.  I'm usually dissappointed.  I am anxious to see how good this nonstick wok will prove it to be.

For my test I decided to make fried rice.  My receipe is very simple.  It consists of day old refrigerated rice.  The reason for day old and refrigerated rice is so the grains of rice when cooking are individual and not clumped together.  I'll use 3 eggs, diced ham, diced green onions, light soy.  If I only have dark soy at the time, I'll dilute some with water so it won't be so salty.  A dash of pepper is an option.  There is no set rule as to what amount of each ingredient you want to use.  This is just my rule.  Using a wok will make it easier to stir/toss the rice.

I put a small amount of oil in the wok even though it is nonstick.  The wok was hot enough to start cooking in a minute or so.  Faster than I expected especially for its size.  I scrambled the eggs first.  So far so good.  The eggs didn't stick much.  I scooped out the eggs to set aside.  There was a small amount of egg left in the wok so I scaped it out before cooking the ham. No problem. I did not add oil to the wok for the ham because I defrosted the ham slightly and diced it.  The ham still has plenty of moisture.  After getting all the ingredients ready it was time to put everything together to make the fried rice.

I did add a small amount of oil in the wok to cook the rice.  I stirred the rice for a few minutes.  Next I added the ham, stirred for several seconds.  I added the green onions next because they were frozen.  I usually like to add the green onions last.  I buy several bunches of green onions, dice all of them and freeze in zip lock bags.  This saves me a lot of time when I need some.  

The eggs were added, stirring/tossing for the next minute.  So far nothing is sticking and I am pretty happy about this.  Now I drizzle some soy sauce for flavor and a dash of pepper.  I did a taste test and added more soy sauce.  This wok is great, nothing stuck to it, not on the bottom or sides.  It is so spacious with plenty of room to stir fry.  Nothing flew out of the wok either!  I am impressed.

The next day I cooked a large amount of ground beef to make an enchilada casserole.  The size of the wok made it much easier to move the meat around.  Due to the high sides of the wok I didn't have any problems with meat flying out of it.  I have had that problem using a fry pan.  It was a breeze to clean the wok.  I wiped the grease out first and washed with soap and water.  This nonstick  wok has proven to be just that.  I am going to ejoy cooking with it.  It is a keeper.  I highly recommend the Mainstay Wok.  Only thing is you need a large space to store the thing!

Wok-ing is a breeze!

This wok is a  great addition to your pots and pans. Our family loves to cook hibachi. My daughter and I cooked chicken and made fried rice in it. It is a light weight pan so when you put in all your ingredients the wok is not so heavy that you can't lift it. The wood handle are great so you don't have to worry about burning your hands on the hot metal handles like a lot of other products. It was a breeze to clean just took a sponge and soap and it cleaned right up. We love it and will be getting another one for our daughter. Enjoy

Perfect Wok

This is my first wok. It is huge!  This could cause storage issues if you are cramped for space.  I used it 3 times already this week.  It easily handled a 2# bag of coleslaw mix to stir fry with other mix ins for egg roll filling.  It heated up quickly and absolutely no issues with food sticking.  Made the job so easy to keep everything contained while cooking.  Quick for cooking meat strips and veges.

Large cooking area with this nonstick wok!

This wok is great. It's pretty big in size which is great because that means it holds a good amount of food. Just wash and season accordingly and it should last a great amount of time as it's pretty good built. Love the quality and experience cooking with my new wok.

This wok is quite large! Having the extra handle on it helps to carry the pan with food in it. I made a Beef Stir fry. No food stuck to  the Wok. Everything was cooked evenly. The pan is also easy to clean. If I had a negative-it is that this wok is huge and you need enough space to store it.

Wonderful large Wok.

Really great size wok pot/pan. I love to cook and am always excited to try new tools/gadgets. My absolutely favorite part about this woke is the size and weight. There's plenty of room to toss/stir without the item spilling, yet light weight enough to allow picking up with one hand (contingent on what you have in it obviously). The soy sauce and hot sauce spread perfectly for stir fried noodles; can see it being great for fried rice and stir fry veggies as well. Like any other new pot, start on low temps and adjust heat up based on your stove type and recipe - I have a gas stove and med-low is perfect for noodle dishes. Based on the weight and how it worked my my stove, I would not use it for dishes that call for more than medium heat. My only con so far is that it's not dishwasher safe; the handle is made of wood and should be hand washed to make it last longer (why I gave it 4 stars vs 5). Overall, a great addition to my kitchen.

Great size and weight for tossing/mixing stir fry

I have cooked everything in this wok since receiving it. I am going to continue to do so, I love how quickly it heats up and how long it retains heat. I also love having all the space to move my food around while cooking. I did accidentally grab my metal fish spatula to serve food out of it (not to cook with) and scraped the coating immediately. I also over cooked some mashed potato pancakes and removed some more of the coating. If you cook a lot and might not remember not to use metal utensils or lower the heat like me, you may want to look for a non coated pan.

Woks are awesome
