Product is excellent. Exactly what I thought it would be. But you need to re-examine your shipping packaging. When I received my order the box was destroyed. It was quite mangled up and opened. The product seems to be ok. The back of the chair is leaning forward so I’m not sure if that is the way it is supposed to be. Packaging should have had some filler put in box to stop item from moving all over the place
