They're excellent for the price and what you're getting. I have four of them, yes four - and although the first initial wave of units was a little rough, they fixed a lot of the problems FOR FREE and have corrected things like deck protectors going forward. The alternative is spending upwards of $600 on making your own cabinet. 

Customer service from Arcade1Up has been great, my Street Fighter cabinet had some alignment issues and they sent me a replacement monitor and PCB for free, my Galaga joystick felt a little stiff and they sent me out a replacement joystick for free, my Pacman marquee had some weathering from storage or shipping and they sent me a replacement for free, my Rampage cabinet had a small level glitch and they sent me out a new board for free - they really do go the extra mile to keep you happy. 

Very happy with their lineup so far and excited to see what else they put out in the coming year!

AWESOME UNITS

reminds me of the arcade game 100 percent. worth every penny.

Game arrived in  great shape.  Packaged very well.  Easy to assemble and everything worked perfectly.  Looking to make my own arcade with these games.

Bought it for my 6 year old Grandson, for his bedroom, and it's the BEST PURCHASE I'VE EVER MADE FOR MY GRANDSON!!  HEEEEEEE LOVES IT!! HE'S NEVER OFF IT!!!! AND HE'S HAPPY!!!  I'm soon going to purchase another one, for him.  He wants Pac-Man, next.

I love it all. As far as I can recall, it is the same as when I played it in Billy's record shop on Madison ave., 112th-115th street within Taft projects during late 70's-early 80's, numerous summer night. The background had some terrain images but that is all that I recall is missing. Otherwise I am in heaven. SYB Krew is gonna rock this game hard.

BRINGS ME BACK TO A LOVED TIME

While the cabinet's holes were a bit mismatched in some places, the overall cabinet was easy to build and looks great. My only gripe is the volume control is off-loud-loudest.

Great I wouldn't recommend ordering off there website.  It wasn't even covered up it was just the game box. No wonder people take things off porches when they just stick a label on the original box. Judt how it came to the house.

Need to cover original boxes up

I bought both of the Walmart Exclusives in Series 1 (PacMan and Galaga) along with the 12 in 1 Atari cabinet so adding the classic 40th anniversary Space Invaders cabinet was a no brainer. 
After one day with the new cabinet, here are my thoughts: 
Pros:
1) The cabinet artwork is FANTASTIC! Great attention to detail with regards to the original. I also like the 40th anniversary logo.
2) As it was with the other three Arcade 1up units I own, assembly couldn't have been easier. Because I've done this three other times, this one didn't even take me 30 minutes.  
2) Even though it's a joystick control vs. the buttons on the original cabinet, the controls are very smooth and gameplay is just as you remember it. I was easily able to get to the fourth and fifth levels after just a couple of tries. Amazing how this comes right back to you after so many years. 
3) Just like the PacMan version, you are in essence only getting one game here. But the color version is beautifully rendered and it couldn't look better given the constraints of the 17 inch monitor provided. Really, really nice picture. 
4) Unlike the Series 1 consoles, where you had to order a deck protector after the fact, it looks like all Series 2 cabinets will have the plexi deck protector included as mine had one! Great decision by Arcade 1up!!!
Cons: 
1) My deck protector had misaligned holes which caused the deck protector to not fit flush. I'm sure the company will send a replacement as their customer service has been pretty good in the past. 
2) The biggest downside is the sound. It's clear and crisp but it's incredibly loud! The Series 1 cabinets were slightly louder on the low setting than I would have liked, but the impact was minimal. With my Space Invaders cabinet, the low setting is so incredibly loud, my wife can hear it in the upstairs bedroom! Going to reach out to Arcade 1up customer service to see if anything can be done. 
3) I wish you could save high scores here. Frankly I can't remember if you could on the original arcade version (I believe you were able to) but this seems like such an easy fix, not sure why this is an issue. 
All in all I'm very happy with this addition to my collection. Although there are a couple of minor game play issues, I purchased these more to display in my man cave and for some fun conversation pieces when we entertain than anything else. But the game play is more than enjoyable for the time we do use these. 
Outside of Golden Tee, no other Series 2 cabinets appeal to me. But hopefully next year Series 3 will feature a couple of versions I might want to add. 
Just love the fact I now have so many classic games from my childhood in these replica cabinets. All for far less than the price of even one full size arcade machine!

Great Series 2 Cabinet W/ Only A Couple Of Issues!

This is my third Arcade1up cabinet that I have purchased (alsomown Galaga and the 12-in-1 console), so installation was a breeze.  Cabinet looks great, and glad that they now come with plastic shields to prevent the paint from wearing off from your wrists on the console board.  However Indo have a huge complaint in the fact that the joystick does not work, making the game unplayable.  I heard somewhere that these joysticks are not overly robust.  Mine did not even allow me to play even one game before breaking.  The firing button however works perfectly, so I can shoot as many from the stationary position before being blown to smithereens in a matter of seconds.  Sadly I will have to call Arcade1up to see what kind of tech support they can offer. Hopefully as do not have to ship it all back and order a replacement.  Be warned that you may also be disappointed in the quality of your console when you get yours...
