I do a LOT of canning and I only use Ball jars. However I never use the lids that come on the jars because they’re usually damaged. Still worth it.

Broken Balls Glass Mason Jars

This order made 4 in  4 months that arrived broken.  Granted it was 1 jar out of 12. You need to find who is breaking your products.
I tell my friends by from Walmart just nothing that can be broken.

One of the jars were broken. I thought it was several the way the box sounded when I picked it up from door. When I opened the box and took packaged jars out, I could see through the plastic broken pieces. So I opened the corner where I saw, thankfully it was just the 1

Ordered 2- 12 count quart size canning jars.  Upon delivery one of the 12 count pkg was broken.  Driver even documented that jars were broken when delivered.  Returned them to the closets Walmart.  Received a refund.  Now I am being charged  for not returning the item.  This is obviously a problem with the way the returned items were handled at the Walmart where they were returned

Jars were delivered with damaged lids. Unfortunately, I cannot return them because mason jars are in short supply and I really need them. Now I have to buy new lids and rings for them and those are also in short supply.
