I think you need to purchase a separate plug adapter that can fit into the car ( probably check ebay/Amazon). Not sure about that as I am currently looking into it too. Yes the pump is 110-220V compatible. Check the lansinoh website too, it clearly stated this fact. I only purchased this pump because I think this is the only good pump that is 110-220V capable. I travel back and forth between US and Dubai, India, the pump has indeed worked in both voltages (you just need a pin to plug in to the socket). Only issue I have had is that the ac adapter did not work on flights (even though the outlets were 110-220V capable. I don&#39;t know the reason, but then I had 6AA batteries in hand so I was able to pump (5-14 min average both breasts) sessions for 6-8 times during a 16 hour international flight and I still had full battery charge on display. hope this helps.

it works with batteries or wall outlet, i have used it with the wall outlet to car charger adapters found in the battery, or car section.

Can I use it in the car? Does it work with 220 volts?

This probably won't help you but I will tell you that this pump comes with a nipple that fits the bottles that you pump into. That way you can feed straight from it.

No, they don't . My Avent almost fit but the playtex and tommee tippee do not

I'm not exactly sure of the exact size but the standard size fits me perfectly. I am a DDD (if that matters). I had trouble with the Ameda standard size flanges being too small. These are much bigger and more comfortable.

Not really big enough for me...I also am a DDD or F depending on brand and could use a bit bigger, but I have not tried the "large" size yet. For a normal person though they'd be fine.

I had a Hygeia breast pump for my first baby in 2019, and I didn't care for it. I love that this Lanisoh breast pump has lots of available accessories, its very portable, and it doesn't cost much compared to other name brands. The fact that there is rubber lining the edges of the flanges (the part that is against your breast) makes it far more comfortable than the hard plastics flanges on other pumps. The various speed/strength settings are also helpful. It was totally worth the money, and I highly recommend it! If you want to be even more efficient, definitely purchase additional Lanisoh breastmilk storage bottles. It helps take the pressure off of washing the bottles after every single use.

She asked for something she could use quickly for her daughter and she donates her milk to the local hospital. She loves it.

Gift for my grand daughter

I was looking for a easier pump for me to have around the house, and this one is perfect! I have had it for about 4 week now and the pump isn't wearing out! When I would use other pumps I found myself changing the membranes often, and this one is still going. Easy to use. I always get a good amount of milk for my little one in 20 or less minutes. It is well worth the money you spend on it!!

Great pump to buy

I absolutely love this pump! It does exactly what it claims to do. I love how it's not very loud like other pumps! Very minimal noise! Perfect for this full-time working mom! Also is much more comfortable compared to many other pumps I've tried in the past. Does not make me sore and I recommend this product to all my lactating friends!

Excellent Product !

I have both the Medela and the Lanisinoh. I prefer the Lanisinoh. By the way its a new thing this year 2014. If you ARE a breastfeeding mother your insurance company must provide a free pump. I didn't know that, that is why I have two. I put the Lansinoh on my registry. I love their products. Not only do I prefer the pump, but the breast pads also. The pump has a few parts but it is real easy to use. It has not made me sore and I have been using it for over two weeks. ( I did try the Medela a few times in between.)

Excellent PUMP

Works great! I think there are two things I would change. The tubing needs to be slightly longer, I have to place the base on the floor sometimes and it's not long enough to sit up comfortably. The screen only has a backlight for the first couple seconds when it turns on. If it's at night when the lighting is dim I can't see it.

I absolutely love this pump I used the Medela pump in style advanced and I just didn't like it . This pump has great suction , it shows how long you've pumped which is amazing, and it's so comfortable. Seriously for the price you can't beat it. The only reason I gave it four stars is because it does make a click noise while pumping and is a little loud
But other than that this is a great purchase
