After a lot of research into tents this size I decided to purchase this one, which was a gamble at the time with 0 reviews. 

I've since used it multiple times and can say that I am very satisfied with my purchase. 

The tent goes up and down very easily for 2 people, the instructions are very clear on how to put it up and take it down easily. 

The two biggest uses I had was as a shade for a large gathering. Worked perfectly. 

the second was over the weekend camping. It was an amazing shade during record temperatures in Michigan, and during very heavy storms kept my party of 12 completely dry! the canopy can take quite a beating in the wind and rain, and the structure did great as well.

I can't say too much for the sidewalls but I've been a camper for almost 2 decades and the people complaining about the materials probably don't use tents. the sidewalls are very similar to camping tent materials, so it is lighter than the top canopy but should be plenty waterproof and are meant to be able to breath a little bit. 

the actual canopy is a nice thicker material, much akin to regular pop up canopy tents that use a woven style, as opposed to tarp/plastic. 

lastly, even though it looks professional, this is not a professional tent. it is not meant to be like one from a rental company, but a camping/hosting tent and is NOT meant to be a permanent structure tent as well. 

with care and understanding the product, this tent should last a long time. my only complaint is the bag that the tent comes in could be a bit stronger on the plastic clips, one of them broke but I was able to just tie a basic knot to use it still.

A week before our outdoor wedding in October, we purchased this item for $99 online because of concerns about potentially poor weather.  The assembly was easy and the material sturdy. Many people inquired if we had rented it because they could not believe the great quality especially after we mentioned how much we paid.  We look forward to utilizing it again as it really gave our event a stellar look and allows for an easy stow away.

Beyond Great Value for What was Paid

I am very happy with the frame. Its well built and fairly heavy duty. Goes up very easily. 2 people can do it with no problems. The top canopy material is your typical thickness that comes with most easy up canopies. It's not super thick but does the job. It rained all day on us at a tailgating football event and did great. The rain ran off very well because of the taller center height and design. My only complaint is with the side walls. They are definitely a thinner material. But they do their job. The biggest issue is the velcro straps that you attach the sides with. They are not attached to the side material very well. I dont see them holding up for well with some wind and extended use. They did fine the first say we used it. But over prolonged use they are gonna get ripped off. And the windows in the side walls are a mesh with a cover that covers them up. Bit the covers only have 4 small pieces of velcro on each corner. So they dont work real well with some wind. But overall I give this a 4 out of 5. I would definitely buy again. But we also got this on clearance for $100. I doubt I would pay over $200 for this canopy. I would buy one with nicer side walls.

Nice frame and top. But side walls are thin.

This was a great buy. I need it for my holiday party to host around 50 guests. So i shop early after summer ends. Only reason for 4/5 is becuase I bought two and one had a small damage to the frame but still usable. Cant beat the clearance price of $99! 

Tips- Because the cover is white try to fold it on top of the frame (when the frame is lowered) instead of putting it on the ground to fold! I learned my lesson.

first off, this tent is huge and takes up a ton of space. the directions are a big unclear and the first time it took a bit to get up. the trick of this tent is to force the middle pieces up before extending the legs. once you figure this out it is sooooo much easier!

initially hard to set up but once its up its great

Came missing a bolt in the assembly for the roof bracing. Put a bolt I had laying around in and it seems to be fine so far. Haven't used it that much yet though.

I got the tent at a great price however it is impossible to put up. In the ad it showed two ladies putting it up like it was a breeze. We had 4 men (two of them over 6 feet tall) and it was impossible to get the top bars in place without bending.

I was really excited when I came across this and couldn't pass it up for the price. 
Once I finally got it up, there were holes in the canopy and side walls. Also,  the Velcro has came off several side pieces that is supposed to connect it to the poles. Material seems cheaply made. Sad deal.

Not impressed

This is poorly made, cheap material, the fabric ripped during installation and the frame collapsed after 3 days during a rain shower. We triple checked it to ensure.it was correctly opened, legs locked in place, etc... only to have it collapse, arms snapped destroying my inventory and my home furniture and everything that I own basically. Dont waste your money.
