Fit is athletic but very, very long in the body. I'm 6'1, 185lbs and the large is perfect in the sleeves but goes below my butt. I have a 32.5 inch inseam so have pretty standard proportions for my size. Still a nice light jacket for hikes or shorter runs (I'd prefer more pit-zips and whatnot for longer runs).
