This record player takes up very little space, is easily portable, and provides good enough sound quality to satisfy anyone who isn't a serious audiophile. It's nice to have the old familiar sound of vinyl again, and to be able to play all my all records. I look forward to being able to digitize my collection using the available software. The instruction booklet is clear, even for a superannuated duffer like me to follow. The price can't be beat.

Cute portable toy record player with built in amp and speakers. Using this to play old 12" remixes from my dj days, don't feel like setting up my pro 1200 turntable, mixer, amp and speakers. It plays well, warped vynil will have pitch issues and hard to line up the needle with the dampener. The needle is cheap but does the job, the manual pickup is too short and I tend to push the needle instead of lifting it gently, preventing scratches and digging. Sound is mainly mid range, speakers are small but very audible. Built in amp has a volume control. Overall it's portable with built in battery, sounds OK and has RCA outputs and a headphone jack, retro case. Fun toy!

While my product had arrived with the tonearm release jammed, I was able to finagle it back into working order. The needle needed replacement, which is normal for a used turntable, and once the needle was swapped, the turntable worked perfectly, as designed. I am listening to it as I write this review.
