They were at least 1 to 2 inches too small in the waist. The fabric certainly seemed to be typical Dickies quality, and I did not notice any other obvious flaws.

But, when I tried these on. They were very tight, to a point I couldn't even button up the pants. Plus, on the tag it says "Irregular" -
