The quality is very good, the massage is very strong though, it takes some getting used to. I find that moving my feet forward and back at different times in between squeezes helps a lot and feels very good! I'm up and down ladders all day and my feet and legs were cramping very painfully when I finally was able to rest after work, buying this massager was my hope for relief and it didn't disappoint. There is a 15 minute timer on the automatic settings, I use the custom settings though. The motor that makes the pads and bottom of foot roller work sometimes seems to strain some to complete the squeeze but it does keep going and I've been using this pretty regular. For the price and quality it's a very good deal, and shipped very fast too.

I have tried using it for a number of times hoping that I would be able to make the different massage modes work. But none of the modes worked except for the speed (one step only) and the direction change button. I would have given at least 4 stars if the mode switch works.

This foot massager is very large, does intense massage, more than hands could do. You have to get slowly used to it, it's scary at first, but the feet go AHHHHH..... yes!!!! You can manuever your feet, heels, ankles to get unique different areas, besides the regular position. My son loves his new Christmas present!!!!! Very excellent purchase!!!!!
