Outdoor Voices Shipping / Return Policy:
All orders ship free with FedEx Ground and will typically arrive within 3-5 business days. 2-day expedited shipping is also available for an additional cost. Orders placed before 2pm will ship that evening. Orders placed after 3pm on Fridays or over the weekend will be shipped on Monday.
Outdoor Voices will accept returns up to 45 days after the original purchase date. Returns can be sent with the pre-paid FedEx return label enclosed with your order. Exchanges can be completed as well by contacting Customer Service via email and sending them a completed Returns/Exchange form (available on their website) along with the item you wish to exchange.
