What is Ilusion's shipping / return policy? 

• Shipping is offered for free within the continental United States. Expedited shipping is available for an additional cost. International shipping as well as shipments to Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Alaska are not currently available. If you aren't happy with your order you have up to 30 days after your purchase to make a return. You can exchange your product up to 60 days after your purchase. For sanitation reasons returns on panties are not accepted.
