What is West Music's shipping / return policy?
You will receive a confirmation email following the placement of your order and a second email when your order has been shipped. You are able to choose from standard, expedited, or next day shipping options.
Returns are accepted within 45 days of the original purchase date. Items that are being returned must be in their original condition and contain a receipt, purchase order, or packing slip. Items that are opened are not returnable unless they are defective. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges and special orders require a 20% restocking fee. Returns may take up to 2 weeks to process.
In the case of defective merchandise, you may exchange for a like item or may choose to be issued a refund.
