Stitch Fix Shipping/Return Policy:

Shipping for Stitch Fix clients is free both ways via FedEx and USPS. Clients will receive a tracking number when a package ships.
After determining which items you want to keep and which items you'd like to return, place the items you don't want in the prepaid envelope that was included with your shipment and drop it off at any USPS pickup location.
Generally, returns of unwanted items should be placed in the mail within three days of receiving the package. You can contact Stitch Fix to extend your return window. If you do not extend your return window and the returns aren't postmarked as they should be, it will be assumed that you are keeping all five items and your credit card will be charged for the entire shipment.

Stitch Fix clients fill out a style profile to help their personal stylists understand the client's size, shape, budget, and lifestyle. Stitch Fix then sends clients five items of clothing that have been hand-picked by stylists, for a $20 styling fee that can be applied to the purchase of any items from your shipment.
