About Snake River Farms:
Snake River Farms (SRF) didn't aim to revolutionize the beef industry; they simply strived for the highest quality and excellence. Founded by Robert Rebholtz Sr., SRF sought to create something unique and groundbreaking, leading to the development of a new breed of cattle. In the late 1980s, they began crossbreeding Wagyu with high-quality cattle, resulting in beef with unmatched flavor and marbling. Through precision, genetic mastery, and relentless refinement, SRF has maintained control over their entire supply chain, ensuring their products meet the highest standards. From ranches and humane processing facilities to in-house customer care, SRF embodies pioneering excellence.
