When booking a hotel or resort, on the Reservation Page, the first box's header says "Booking Details: Overview". Within this box, there is a gray field for entering a promotional code. First, check the checkbox before "promotional code" and then a text field will appear for you to enter the code. Be sure to type it exactly as it appears. Then, click the blue "Save" button and the coupon will be applied to your reservation.

Enroll in Riu's email list, which will deliver all of their best offers and promotions to your inbox. This can be done on their homepage, by scrolling all the way to the bottom. On the left side of the page is a field for you to enter your email address. Visit their "Offers" page to view current deals.

Sign up for Riu's rewards program, called Riu Class, by visiting their website here: https://www.riu.com/en/riu-class/index.jsp You will then be sent a card that allows you to earn points whenever you stay at a hotel booked through their services. You can also enjoy special offers, advanced online check-in, and other advantages. As you earn more points, you earn new cards and a different status. Accumulation of 1600 points earns you the Gold card; 5,000 points earns you the diamond card.

Reservations are able to be canceled or modified within the parameters of your individual reservation. If you need to modify a reservation, contact Riu's Reservation Center at 1-888-RIU-4990. If you need to cancel a reservation, you can contact the Reservation Center or log in to your account at riu.com. In order to avoid penalties, reservations must be canceled within a certain timeframe that is listed on your reservation. This varies from person to person.
