Frequently Asked Questions
How can I maximize my savings when buying OLAPLEX products?
OLAPLEX frequently offers promotions directly on their website, especially during holidays or seasonal events. Subscribing to their email newsletter is a great way to receive exclusive discount codes and early access to sales. Always check Dealcatcher for additional verified coupons or sitewide deals before you finalize your purchase.
Does OLAPLEX offer free shipping, and what are their typical delivery times?
OLAPLEX typically offers free standard shipping on orders exceeding a certain dollar amount, which is often around $50 in the US. Standard delivery usually takes 3-7 business days, though expedited options may be available for an additional fee. Check their shipping policy page at checkout for the most current details and estimated delivery windows specific to your location.
What is OLAPLEX's return policy if I need to send a product back?
OLAPLEX usually allows returns of unopen and unused products within a specific timeframe, often 30 days from the purchase date. To initiate a return, customers typically need to contact their customer service for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Always review their dedicated return policy page on their website before making a purchase.
How can I track my OLAPLEX order once it's placed?
Once your OLAPLEX order ships, they will send a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website. You can also often track your order by logging into your OLAPLEX account and viewing your order history. If you don't receive a confirmation or have issues, contact their customer service for assistance.
Are there benefits to signing up for an OLAPLEX account or loyalty program?
Yes, creating an account with OLAPLEX often provides benefits like faster checkout, access to your order history, and easier return processing. OLAPLEX also has an 'OLAPLEX Rewards' program where members can earn points on purchases, redeemable for discounts on future orders. Signing up is a smart way to get more value from your purchases.
What payment methods are accepted when shopping directly with OLAPLEX?
OLAPLEX typically accepts major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. They also commonly support secure payment options like PayPal. For budget flexibility, they often partner with 'buy now, pay later' services like Afterpay or Klarna, which you'll see at checkout.
What should I do if a specific OLAPLEX product I want is out of stock?
If an OLAPLEX product is out of stock, they often provide an option to sign up for email notifications when it becomes available again. It's also worth checking reputable beauty retailers that carry OLAPLEX, as their stock levels might differ. Patience can pay off, as popular items are frequently restocked.
