To use a promo code on Francesca's website, enter the code on the shopping bag page which displays your order. There is a promo code field on the left side directly underneath the items listed in your order. Enter the promo code and click apply. The discount will be applied to your total. Click checkout and you will be prompted to enter your payment information.

Francesca's offers free shipping on orders totaling $50 or more and flat-rate $5 shipping for orders $49.99 and under. Orders placed by 1pm CDT with a "ships today!" logo printed next to it is guaranteed to ship the same day that you place the order. Express 3-day service and overnight shipping are also available. Francesca's Return Policy: Purchased items can be returned for a $5 fee through FedEx by filling out the online return and exchanges form. Returns can also be made at any one of Francesca's 600+ boutique locations throughout the US. Online returns must be made within 30 days of the shipment delivery date and include the original receipt and tags still attached to the clothing.
