Cole Haan Shipping/Return Policy:
ColeHaan.com purchases can be returned in-store (with the exception of outlet stores,) or you may return merchandise by mail with the pre-paid return label that will be included in the package along with your order. Cole Haan Outlet purchases may only be returned to another outlet location. The return period is within 30 days of original purchase date, and requires that the item(s) be flawed, or in brand new and unaltered condition. Proof of purchase must be presented at time of return in order to receive reimbursement of funds (excluding non-refundable shipping fees) in the form of your original payment method.
