Build.com Shipping / Return Policy:
Build.com ships through UPS Ground for free on all orders that are $49 or above. For orders less than that, customers can expect to spend at least $5.99 on shipping. It should be noted that Hawaii and Alaska do not qualify for free shipping orders regardless of how much customers spend from there.

Returns are taken care of online through a dedicated page on Build.com, as long as the return is set up within 60 days of the original purchase. In most cases, a restock fee will not be applied to returns. Unlike general returns, defective returns can be made within 90 days.
